Due to machining angle of up to 360°/130° (A-axis/B-axis), the system is able to effortlessly master even the most demanding tasks. The 10-way-changer places additionally increase the flexibility of the new CORiTEC 150i series. With quick clamping system, the various holder systems can be changed quickly and easily while maintaining the same precision.

intuitive operation for our chairside milling machine “CORiTEC one+”

iCAM V5 is the high-end CAM solution from imes-icore®. The software enables high-precision milling data calculation in simultaneous 5-axis machining for best surface quality and fitting accuracy. Especially with hard materials such as glass ceramics, cobalt chrome or titanium, high-resolution milling data are decisive for best fitting accuracy. In addition, the tool life is increased by smooth running of the machine during machining. Thanks to predefined milling strategies developed by imes-icore® for all materials and applications, the iCAM V5 provides you with a valuable CAM solution that increases the productivity of the CAD/CAM system.

iCAMHD eco in combination with the CORiTEC 150i PRO and/or CORiTEC 250i Loader PRO represents the current state-of-the-art in the production of digitally created restorations in the laboratory.
The management of restoration parts, the intelligent workflow, the automatic blank management and the automatic nesting provide efficiency and reliability in the manufacturing process. The object management in iCAMHD automatically detects when new restorations have been designed in CAD and manages the status of the parts. Questions like „What must be manufactured?“ or „What has already been manufactured?“ will be answered by iCAMHD eco. Therefore, errors which occurred in the past are eliminated. All is completed by the possibility of processing of cobalt-chromium alloys. Thus, iCAMHD eco can handle a wide range of materials. Many blank holder options enable the processing of the blanks from all relevant suppliers of
prefabricated blanks to produce abutments. iCAMHD eco automatically finds the right blank and the right holder for the implant interface. The tool paths can be calculated after just three steps. Another highlight of the iCAMHD eco is the creation of individual quality standards by the user. For example, the quality of the surface or how it fits into cavities can be determined by the user. The required settings can be saved afterwards as a profile and used as a standard for the corresponding object type. You can also create appropriate quality profiles for various customer demands. This unique selling point of iCAMHD offers your laboratory the opportunity to expand the basis, based on countless tests with your own standards.
The new Update Center also informs the user about the latest technology. Automatic updates keep the user informed about new features and improvements in the set-up and enable him or her to install them directly.

iCAMHD eco dry in combination with the CORiTEC 150i dry offers an economical solution for labs wishing to begin producing digitally created restorations without compromising the current state of the art in the field of CAM. Most indications can be manufactured with only dry processing. The intelligent management of orders and the automatic management of blanks ensure maximum efficiency and safety in the production of digitally created restorations. The intelligent and intuitive workflow saves valuable time and allows the dental technician to concentrate on more important tasks in the lab.

A larger sintering capacity of up to 80 single crowns is offered by the new iSINT PRO. With a heating system of four high-quality molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements, you can choose between conventional long-term sintering or SPEED sintering at a rate of up to 99 °C/min / 210.20 °F/min. The iSINT PRO is operated with a simple and convenient program control. The programs are indicated on a 4-line LCD display. A timer function for overnight sintering or the use of pre-drying programs for shaded zirconium restorations offer further options. In addition, three service programs are available for easy maintenance of the sinter furnace.

Machine tables
The undercounters, specially developed for the needs of the various machine types, impress with their sturdy design as well as their attractive appearance. The machine tables have sufficient floor space. Stable rollers ensure optimum stability and easy movement of the devices. Drawers, cable ducts and a cabinet for the integration of appropriate extraction systems are already provided.
